Resistance training exercises can be performed using body weight, free weights including dumb bells, resistance bands and suspension trainers including TRX. There are many physiological benefits including maintaining and improving muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance, mobility, co-ordination and communication between brain muscle and nerves.
