Originating from Northern India over 2,500 years ago, traditional Thai Yoga Massage combines acupressure, Ayurvedic principles and assisted yoga postures and stretches. Performed on the floor, fully clothed without the use of oils or creams, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. Thai Yoga Massage promotes circulation, health and wellbeing whilst increasing flexibility through assisted yoga poses.
